Design challenge
A narrow oceanfront lot with strict view-corridor regulations and exposure to salt-laden marine air.
Architectural approach
We carved the volume into three quiet masses, allowing each room to claim its own framed view while the cedar rainscreen handles the climate with patina rather than maintenance.
