We are strictly a referral business. We only work on a select number of projects at a time so that we can offer continuous, direct personal service to each client from concept to fruition.

WE STRUCTURE OUR SERVICES IN THREE PACKAGES WHICH ALLOWS OUR CLIENTS TO SELECT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT SUITS THEIR NEEDS AND BUDGET.
BASIC
All of the services listed on the left up to Design Development. That package is then available for an Owner/Builder or a Design/Build Firm to finalize.
STANDARD
This level includes the BASIC Services and also includes the preparation of Construction Documents and Permitting.
COMPREHENSIVE
This includes all the services listed on the left. It is our full-service package for the ultimate PERSONALIZED experience.
Planning
Planning is the key to a successful project. Without asking the questions and exploring the options up front, a project is likely to face expensive changes and revisions in the later stages of development. There is no substitute for good planning.

Interior Design
We provide full-service design services. Our clients select the level of service and support they desire and that establishes our level of involvement. We welcome collaboration with other professionals yet often our clients prefer to have one continuous point of contact throughout the process including fixture and furnishing selection and purchasing. Our approach is to design for the whole living experience inside and out.
